We will take the utmost care while your garment is in our possession. Upon receipt, all customers sign an intake form, thereby agreeing to the following:
-Clothing must be clean. Old Flame Mending has the right to reject soiled garments at any point during the process.
-Mends are guaranteed for up to a year; if your item were to need restitched please bring it back to us. Due to the custom nature of this work, we will revise the item one time at no charge if you are unsatisfied. Additional changes will be charged according to the work desired. Any changes on a garment that we have resized must be brought to our attention within 1 month; after 30 days you will be charged for resizing revisions. This includes taking in the waist, hemming, tapering, and any other tailoring work.
-Pieces must be picked up within 30 days of the Ready Date. If you cannot pick up we can deliver for a fee. Old Flame Mending reserves the right to donate abandoned items after 30 days.
